Our Community
What is CHARGE for our community?
Keith Glovins, BOD
"After retiring with 40 years of experience with Corning Inc. and General Electric, CHARGE is a way for me to give back to others. Working with the student interns allows me to share practical wisdom and experience as we work on Projects together. I hope that this activity supplements the student's academic education with real-world experience and learning. In addition, I love talking with the seniors about potential job opportunities and giving them advice on interviewing techniques and preparation. Working with Entrepreneurs allows me to help individuals who may not have had the educational opportunities or work experience that I was blessed to have during my career. This, in turn, allows me to provide insight, advice, and direction that the Entrepreneurs might not otherwise receive or be able to afford through outside consultants.
CHARGE is a win for myself, the students, and the Entrepreneurs we work with!"
Tyler Reynolds, BOD
"CHARGE for me is about bringing our community together through collaboration of local entrepreneurs with our CHARGE team member and mentors.

Our goal is to help entrepreneurs in our community get access to resources that are essential to the success of building their businesses.

This includes CHARGE’s expertise in financial planning, business operations, sales and marketing and fundraising to raise operating capital."
Giulia Tatini, BOD
"Being part of CHARGE has been a life-changing experience in my personal and professional development.
As a Project Manager working alongside interns to support underserved entrepreneurs, I've seen my skills and leadership abilities grow. It's a journey that has transformed me into a more impactful leader and advocate for entrepreneurship.
My work with CHARGE is a testament to the power of mentorship and the difference we can make when we come together for a greater cause."
