Giulia Tatini

 

Giulia Tatini is a Finance Trainee at EssilorLuxottica. She is from Florence, Italy where she grew up her entire life. At the age of 17, she left the country to attend The University of Tampa where she played for the UTampa Tennis Team for 4 years. Giulia double major in International Business and Finance and graduated in May 2022 with manga cum laude while being a full-time student-athlete. During her undergraduate degree, she was named in the Dean's List Honors from 2021 to 2023, and NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete from 2019 to 2022.

 

After that, she started her Master of Science in Finance (STEM) at the University of Tampa graduating in December 2023. During her Master Giulia worked as a Financial Analyst for The Tyson Capital Group (Tampa, FL). At the end of her master's, Giulia won the Outstanding MS Graduate Student of the Year 2023 Award, an award to recognize an individual who has demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, an extraordinary commitment to their occupational field and community. Because of that recognition, she joined the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, the exclusive business honor society in the U.S. associated with AACSB International.

During her master's, Giulia volunteered for CHARGE where she started as a Project Intern managing entrepreneurial projects from inception to implementation, documenting processes, outcomes, and future process improvement. She oversaw the operations of five start-ups while managing a team of 11 interns, ensuring high-quality delivery of project objectives. In January 2024 Giulia started as a Project Manager working on Fatih's Project managing 4 teams of interns, Marketing Strategies, Marketing Branding, Finance (IBS), and Operations & Research.

Now Giulia moved to Dubai to start working as a Finance Trainee for an Italian company named EssilorLuxottica, while still being an operative board member of the CHARGE Team.
